Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Technical issues preventing service delivery
• Service not matching the description
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refund processing times:

• Review of refund request: 2-3 business days
• Processing of approved refunds: 5-7 business days
• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
• Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Customized solutions after development has begun
• Services already delivered or completed
• Training sessions already attended
• Software licenses already activated

2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
3. Include any relevant documentation
4. Wait for our team to review your request

We may consider refunds outside of our standard policy in exceptional circumstances. These cases will be reviewed individually by our management team.
