Refund processing times:

- Processing of approved refunds: 5-7 business days
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized solutions after development has begun
- Services already delivered or completed
- Training sessions already attended
- Software licenses already activated
